Monson provided the civil engineering design for two impressive five-bedroom executive homes, each featuring garages and expansive plots. The drainage system was meticulously designed to ensure sustainable water management, flood prevention, water conservation, and full regulatory compliance, all contributing to the long-term sustainability of the development.
Additionally, the system was carefully crafted to prevent any adverse effects on downstream areas, promoting effective water management and safeguarding the surrounding environment.
Although Monson has successfully completed numerous projects across the South East of England, being based in Crowborough allows us to truly appreciate the town in which we live and work.
Crowborough, the largest and highest inland town in East Sussex, is nestled within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and borders the Ashdown Forest. Surrounded by stunning countryside, it is a paradise for walkers, with nearby amenities catering to horse riders, cyclists, and rock climbers.
Crowborough's most famous resident was Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, who is commemorated by a statue at the town's main crossroads.
